1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ph222l ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a Philippine-based online casino operating under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the ph222l website (https://ph222l.cam), creating an account, or using any of our services including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, sports betting, and promotional offers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete our registration form by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and a secure password. You must also select a username that does not infringe on third-party rights or contain offensive language.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other authentication details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or become aware of any security breach, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password. ph222l will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph222l is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players. We may request documentary proof of identity, age, residence, and payment method ownership at any time. Required documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

ph222l accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the transaction process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your account within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to process depending on your financial institution. ph222l does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph222l account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions or unusual deposit patterns. You may be required to provide evidence of the source of funds.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from another person's account) are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as third-party payments will be refunded to the source, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500; maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₱500,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 15-60 minutes during business hours. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Unused or incomplete bonuses will be automatically removed from your account upon expiration.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to your benefit
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your true location
• Engaging in fraudulent activities including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud

• Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Violating intellectual property rights or using our platform for illegal purposes
• Circumventing account restrictions or creating accounts during a suspension period

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential legal action. ph222l cooperates with law enforcement agencies in investigating illegal activities.

9 Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our Complaints Management Team by sending a detailed written complaint to our registered address. We will investigate and provide a formal response within 14 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph222l shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

• Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party systems
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by software malfunctions (in such cases, affected bets will be voided)
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank or payment provider

This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law where such limitations are prohibited.

11 Changes to Terms

ph222l reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent website notice at least seven (7) days before the effective date.

Your continued use of ph222l services after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using our services and close your account before the effective date.
